Our 10 day money back guarantee: Return your item within 10 days for ANY reason for a full refund minus shipping. In some cases we can extend our money back guarantee to a full 30 days. If you need to return your item, please request a return authorization within the warranty policy time period, before you return your item. Any damaged items must be returned and received by us within 30 days of your receiving them to be eligible for a refund under our warranty and shipping policies.To request a return authorization call customer service at 479-234-0068, or send an email to Rod Bird.

Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
Warranty Procedure
Before shipping contact our tech support team first by email at Rod Bird or phone at 479-234-0068, to determine whether the item is indeed defective and make an online return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. No phone call is necessary!
30-Day Warranty
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Please inspect your merchandise after you receive it. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. Any defective part will be replaced during the 30 day warranty.
